The NEW Sussex Academy Athletics App is officially live! 
Download it now from the App Store and log in using the same account you created on our athletics registration platform. Once logged in, select the sports you want to follow to get instant updates, schedules, and team communication all in one place.

Not yet registered for athletics?
Visit our Sports Website and click the “Athlete Registration” tab on the left-hand side. Follow the instructions to register and upload your physical. Once your registration is complete, you can access the app and start connecting with your team!

Spring sports schedules will be uploaded by November, and team communication portals will go live once rosters are finalized by coaches.

Registration Requirements

1. Complete the Snap Manage registration.

2. Upload a current DIAA physical (2025–2026 form only).

3. Log back in 1–3 days later to confirm your physical has been marked “Approved.”

   • If it does not say “Approved,” it is incomplete and your athlete is not cleared.

Helpful Tips for Parents

• Medical Alerts: Add anything important for coaches to know in the medical alert section.

• No confirmation email = not finished. Log back in and make sure you selected a sport.

• Upload issues:

  • Many parents find it easier to upload using a computer instead of a phone.

  • If using an iPhone, scan the pages in Notes or turn photos into a PDF before uploading.

  • Avoid uploading single photos – Snap requires a PDF of the full form.

  • If the file is too large, save/print as “Microsoft Print to PDF” in black & white to reduce size.

Below are ticket prices for home events at Sussex Academy. During home events, tickets are available online or at the gate. Digital and Cash sales will be available for single-game events only. 

Single-event tickets are $5 
Single-game tickets will be available online for all home games in the following sports only:

• Boys Soccer (Fall)
• Field Hockey (Fall)
• Girls Volleyball (Fall)
• Swimming (Winter)
• B/G Basketball (Winter)
• Wrestling (Winter)
• B/G Lacrosse (Spring)

Season Passes are $20 (will update but August 1st)

Athletic Admission Fee *UPDATE*

A MESSAGE FROM SUSSEX ACADEMY:

Beginning this winter, Sussex Academy will start selling admission tickets for athletic events to support the growth of our athletic programs. Revenue generated from ticket sales will be used to purchase athletic safety gear, equipment and uniforms for our student athletes. Like other school districts and charter schools across Delaware, we believe that charging for admission will enhance the student-athlete experience at Sussex Academy.
 
Tickets will cost $5 for general admission and can be purchased with cash at the door or through Sussex Academy’s official online GoFan Page. Current Sussex Academy students and staff will not be required to pay for admission to home athletic events.  Use of the GoFan web-site will be ready by December 1.
 
We are also offering adult athletic passes for the 2024-25 athletic seasons at a cost of $20 per adult. The yearlong passes can also be purchased online or at the door.
 
Athletic passes can be set up via GoFan, allowing users to redeem a daily pass for any game directly on their phone; a physical card will not be needed for any athletic pass participants.
